COMMON USE FOR THIS MEDICINE:

team
of experienced pharmacists and technicians. This medication was made according to
the
prescription provided by your doctor according to your needs. Please contact
your
prescriber for specific use.
HOW TO USE THIS MEDICINE:
You should read the specific "PATIENT INFORMATION" provided with this medicine before
starting treatment and each time your prescription is renewed. Use this medicine exactly
as
directed on the label, unless instructed differently by your doctor. When at all
possible,
you should take/give your hazardous drug without the help of other family members or
caregivers.
DO NOT EXCEED the recommended dosage. DO NOT share the container with other
patients.
This medication is for EXTERNAL USE only. If using your fingertips to
facilitate
drug application, WASH hands immediately afterwards. Do NOT take this medication
by
mouth. Keep this medication out of your mouth, nose, and eyes (may cause
burning).
INSTRUCTIONS FOR TOPICAL USE:
Always follow your doctor's instructions on how to apply the solution.
1. Wash hands before applying the product
2. Apply as a thin uniform layer to the affected area as directed by your
physician.
3. Rub in gently.
4. Protect the skin from water, clothing, or anything that causes rubbing until the
medicine
has fully dried.
5. Avoid touching wet areas. This may transfer the preparation to unwanted areas.
6. Wash hands after applying the product.
WHAT TO DO IF YOU MISS A DOSE:
Apply as soon as possible when you remember unless it is a few hours from the next dose.
Do
not double the dose.
STORING HAZARDOUS DRUGS:
Read storage instructions on the auxiliary labels provided on the medication. Your
prescriber or pharmacist can tell you if there are special storage instructions.
Keep
in original closed container. Keep away from children and pets. Store
hazardous
medications separate and away from other family members’ medications. If the drug needs
refrigeration, do not place it in or near the freezer. Separate it from other foods (use
a
crisper bin or place the medication in a container).
